1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by World Ranking Forum (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What World Ranking Forum is

World Ranking Forum is an independent directory and research publication about agencies and software service providers. We publish shortlists based on our public methodology and news summaries for business buyers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and an agency, and we do not act as an agent, broker or guarantor for either side.

3. Using the site

You may use the site for your own business research. You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or republish our shortlists, profiles or summaries in bulk without written permission;
• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
• try to manipulate shortlists, including by offering payment, fake reviews or fabricated proof;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Agency submissions

• Listing is free. Submitting does not guarantee a listing or any particular placement.
• You confirm you are authorised to submit on behalf of the agency and that everything you submit is accurate and yours to share.
• You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, verify and publish the information you submit as part of your profile.
• We may edit, decline, pause or remove any listing in line with our methodology, including for fabricated proof or any attempt to pay for placement.

5. Shortlists and opinions

Shortlists are our editorial opinion, formed by applying our published methodology to the evidence available at the time of review. They are not a guarantee of an agency’s quality, availability or results. Agencies can request a correction with evidence through our contact page.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, shortlists, summaries and images belong to us or our licensors. News pages summarise third-party reporting in our own words and link to the original source; the original articles remain the property of their publishers.

7. Third-party links

We link to agency websites and news sources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices.

8. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose. See our Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with an agency found through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights.
