Disclaimer for World Ranking Forum: what our shortlists and news are and are not, how far verification goes, and how to report an error.
1. Research, not advice
Everything on World Ranking Forum is general information to help you research agencies. It is not legal, financial, procurement or professional advice. Before hiring any agency, do your own due diligence: check references, review contracts and take professional advice where needed.
2. Shortlists are editorial opinion
Shortlists reflect our opinion, formed by applying our published methodology to evidence available when the agency was reviewed. The order within a shortlist is not a ranking. Agencies change: teams leave, prices move, quality varies by project. We re-review listings on a regular schedule, but information can be out of date between reviews.
3. No paid placement
No agency pays to be listed or to be placed higher. We do not accept advertising, sponsorship or affiliate commissions from listed agencies. If we ever introduce any commercial relationship, it will be disclosed clearly and will never affect shortlists.
4. Verification has limits
We check each listing against public sources such as the agency’s own website, partner directories, review platforms, company records and published work. Where a source is blocked, missing or conflicting, we say so on the page. Checking confirms that evidence exists and appears genuine at the time we looked. It is not an audit, background check or guarantee of an agency’s conduct, financial health or compliance.
5. News summaries
Our news pages summarise reporting and announcements published by third parties, in our own words, and link to each original source. We aim to be accurate, but the facts, figures and claims come from those sources. Research commissioned by vendors is labelled where we know of it. Always check the original before relying on a figure.
6. Third-party trademarks
Company and product names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those companies. Company names and logos appear only to identify the company.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.
8. Errors and corrections
Found something wrong? Tell us with evidence. We correct errors promptly and note significant corrections on the affected page.
